Andrews Myers Adds Three New Attorneys to Houston Office
HOUSTON, TX (March 22, 2018) — Andrews Myers is pleased to announce the additon of three new attorneys to it’s Houston office.
Jack P. Turano, III – Jack Turano recently joined the firm’s corporate and commercial real estate groups as a Senior Associate with a practice devoted to commercial real estate, energy, corporate and commercial transactions. His real estate practice covers all aspects of the process of buying, owning, developing, financing, leasing and selling commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as in-house counsel for a global renewable energy company and market leader in the utilities sector.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.

COLBY S. HODGES – Colby Hodges recently joined the firm’s litigation group as a Senior Associate with a practice focused on the representation of businesses in complex commercial, construction, and labor and employment litigation.
Colby has successfully handled an array of disputes for clients across a broad spectrum of business-related tort matters, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tortious interference, construction defect, copyright infringement, trade secret theft, employee fraud, and employee non-competition. He has represented a diverse group of clients across numerous industries, including manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, insurance brokerage, real estate development, and oilfield services.
Prior to joining Andrews Myers, Colby practiced commercial litigation with two boutique business litigation firms in Houston, Texas, including serving as a member of the trial team that successfully defended Halliburton Energy Services against claims arising out of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University.

ANDREW J. “ANDY” CLARK – Andy Clark has joined the firm as an Associate in the labor and employment practice group. He is focused on advocating for clients in a variety of employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, non-compete and restrictive covenant litigation, and government agency investigations. He regularly counsels clients on employment-related matters impacting their business objectives, including negotiating employment and executive agreements, conducting reductions in force, responding to accommodation requests, investigating employee complaints, drafting employment policies, and otherwise complying with federal and state employment laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy was an associate in the labor and employment practice group of an international law firm based in Houston.
Andy received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
