    • Assisted a developer in the multi-million-dollar development of prefabricated car wash tunnel buildings across Texas.
    • Guided a local county through the $140 million development of a 210,000-sf public convention center.
    • Represented various developers and contractors in constructing large waterparks, luxury high-rise condominiums, custom swimming pools, and other major commercial projects.
    • Assisted a developer and construction management company in the construction and management of multiple self-storage facilities nationwide.
    • Advised subcontractors and vendors on supplying steel and fabricating pre-engineered metal building systems for warehouse construction for a South Korean multinational conglomerate.
    • Represented a subcontractor in constructing a significant military water storage tank in the central Pacific Ocean.
    • Drafted master service agreements for developers, contractors, and designers for large commercial projects, multi-family apartment buildings, and custom luxury residential projects.
