Sara Golestaneh advocates for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners in various capacities, including litigation, negotiations and contract review. She also represents clients in matters related to employment law, including policy review.

Prior to joining the firm as a summer law clerk in both 2022 and 2023, Sara gained experience working as an administrative coordinator for an industry association in New York.

While attending law school, she also achieved accreditation as a Texas Certified Mediator from the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA), which requires a minimum of 40 hours basic mediation training.

  • Assist in the representation of owner, general contractor and subcontractor clients on a variety of different matters including breach of contract claims, settlement negotiations, lien removal and debt collections
