Ryan McKee’s construction litigation practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of construction related issues including: construction defects, contract termination, mechanic’s liens, performance and payment bonds, breach of contract disputes, and collections matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his construction law experience, Ryan has business litigation experience handling a variety of complex issues associated with clients in the supermarket and trucking industries. He has argued before multiple district courts throughout the State of Texas, and within Travis County. Representation of contractors and suppliers in obtaining outstanding accounts Represented entities in complex commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, and other filings conducting discovery, conferring with clients, and opposing counsel, and preparing settlement and release agreements Drafted motions and presented oral argument on a wide range of pretrial matters before multiple state district and county courts.
