Mayra Maldonado’s practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of construction related issues including: construction defects, contract termination, mechanic’s liens, performance and payment bonds, breach of contract disputes, and collections matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mayra also has experience in construction transactional matters, including contract drafting and review.

Prior to joining the firm, Mayra worked for a boutique construction litigation firm, followed by an insurance defense firm, where she focused her practice on construction insurance defense work.

Born and raised in Ecuador, she is fluent in Spanish.
