Josh Cunningham joined Andrews Myers as an associate in September 2021. His practice is devoted to commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh held a long-term clerkship with a real estate and commercial litigation firm well known for their experience in the property management industry.  While at South Texas College of Law, Josh was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award, and also received the CALI Award for best overall scoring for his work in agency & partnership and secured transactions.
