Daniel Kemp’s practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation, in which he represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners in a variety of disputes. He has experience as a complex commercial litigator, representing clients ranging in size from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies across energy, transportation, agriculture, and insurance industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked with a midsize litigation firm in the Midwest, where he gained experience on matters involving construction defects, land use, employment, contracts, antitrust, business torts, privacy, cyber security and data protection, premises liability, negligence, commercial transportation, professional negligence, and product liability.
