Three Mechanical Contractors – Multi-party Property Damage Insurance Dispute
In 2002, the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority completed construction of a one-of-a-kind retractable roof facility at a cost of more than $352 million dollars. The Houston Texans call the stadium home, as does the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Firm clients, Way Engineering, Letsos Company and Graco Mechanical, participated in the mechanical work on the stadium and/or Central Plant for the stadium.
