Arabella High-Rise Wins Houston Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Deal of the Year
Houston Business Journal recognized Andrews Myers, firm clients Randall Davis Co. and DC Partners, and nine other parties for their work negotiating a complex-structured loan to finance the construction of Arabella High-Rise, a 33-story, 99-unit luxury residential development in Houston. Arabella was announced as HBJ’s Deal of the Year winner for Residential Real Estate.
The Commercial Real Estate and Corporate practice groups at Andrews Myers led the negotiations on the project.
Finalists for Deal of the Year were nominated by the business community and the HBJ newsroom. Deals must have closed or broken ground in 2015 in order to qualify. A panel of six judges selected the winners.
