HOUSTON, TX — Andrews Myers continues to expand its team with three new members; senior counsel Lisa M. Norman, associate J. Michael Schiff, and marketing director Cynthia Birdwell.

Ms. Norman joins the firm from Cokinos Bosien & Young PC. Her practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy and litigation, including construction defects, contract disputes and products liability litigation in state and federal courts. She earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2002, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and was a 2002 Regional Champion of the TYLA National Mock Trial Competition. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. One to watch, she has been named as a Rising Star Lawyer by Texas Monthly magazine twice, in 2008 and 2009.
Mr. Schiff joins the firm’s construction litigation practice upon graduating from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as Editor In Chief of the Environmental & Energy Law & Policy Journal and was a member of the Honor Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas State University in 2004.
Ms. Birdwell joins the firm from The Hanover Company. An accomplished marketing executive, she has extensive experience in professional services marketing, marketing communications and business development. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993. She serves on the Neuhaus Education Center Advisory Board and is a member of the American Marketing Association and Legal Marketing Association.
