HOUSTON, TX — Andrews Myers P.C., known for its core range of legal services critical to mid-market businesses, announces Tim C. Ross has been promoted to Shareholder, as the firm begins its 24th year of operations.
Tim Ross’ practice focuses on the transactional and dispute resolution aspects of construction law. He works with clients in all phases of the construction process with an emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation, dispute avoidance during construction, field management and administration, project close-out and dispute resolution. He currently serves as Chair of the Houston Bar Association Construction Law Section, Young Lawyers Committee Liaison to the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section Council, and Member of the Texas A&M University Construction Industry Advisory Council.
